Is it possible to use the RACROUTE macro in a CICS program?
First of all, have a look at the CICS RACF and customization books. I'd initially try to use the XC QUERY SECURITY command as this avoids all the internal macro issues. If this does not work for you, then you can issue the RACROUTE macro from an assembler program, but beware of getting the Storage Key, the Supervisor state and Save Area chaining wtc. correct.
