Once you have determined all of the pieces of the puzzle, you need to reexamine your original server room plan and make the final adjustments.
Based on the locations of doors, electrical runs, HVAC units and fire suppression equipment, you may have redrawn your server room plan several times by now.
My final advice: Keep the layout simple and flexible to allow for expansion. When you do expand the data center, re-evaluate environmental capacity, power requirements, cable management and room capacity issues as needed.
