Data center construction boom has busted |

Less than 20% of data centers will run into capacity
constraints over the next 12 to 18 months. Compare that to November 2007, when nearly 80% of
respondents said they were involved in a data center construction or renovation project. The data
centers that are running out of power and cooling are making do with what they have, and the
majority are turning to server consolidation projects in existing facilities.
