In our organization we are using Alternate pathing for network interface failover. I had defined one slice on disk for the raw disk partition for AP database. But whenever I try to create the database with the command apdb -c c0t0d0s6 it fails with the following error:
#apdb -c c0t0d0s6
apdb: No such file or directory
My alternating Version is 2.3.1, the and OS is Sun0S 5.8 with latest patch set. Got any suggestions?
Try the entire (raw) device name, apdb -c /dev/rdsk/c0t0d0s6. FYI, You can create up to 10 copies of the database.
