I want to know, in general, about the increase or decrease in CPU time after migration from CICS 4.1 to CICS TS 1.3.
I think, in general terms you should think about a 10% increase. However, it's not as directly accounted for in CTS 1.3 as opposed to 4.1 - so don't forget to redo your accounting mechanisms.
