Turn on a trace for debugging

I am writing a CICS CLIENT SOCKET program using extended socket API and I can't get passed the first call.

 If I use
 CALL EZASOKET USING SOC-FUNC
                        MAXSOC
                        IDENT
                        SUBTASK
                        MAXSNO
                        ERRNO
                        RETCODE
 I get an ASRA,
 and if I use
 CALL 'EZASOKET' USING SOC-FUNC
                        MAXSOC
                        IDENT
                        SUBTASK
                        MAXSNO
                        ERRNO
                        RETCODE

I get an AWY9 EXEC CICS FUNCTION NOT SUPPORTED.

Here are my values for the INITAPI
 EZASOKET EZASOKET
 SOC-FUNC INITAPI
 MAXSOC 0001
 IDENT TCPQCP CICSQCPW
 SUBTASK 0003598C

As you know, I don't do remote debugging in this forum. I suggest you turn on trace as see what is going on. I suspect you have not installed things correctly.
